SPIN CONNECT
SPIN Connect brings together local elementary school classes from majority low-income schools with working STEM professionals to engage students in hands-on learning.
SPIN ENRICH
SPIN Enrich is our after school & summer enrichment programming. Classes are offered at no cost to families, directly and in partnership with community organizations & school districts.
SPIN GIRLS SUITE
SPIN Girls is a suite of programs that combine STEM education and mentorship. Included are SPIN Girls Club (6th-7th grade), SPIN Girls (8-10th grade) and SPIN Girls Fellows (11th-12th grade).
Young Entreprenuer Project
YEP supports youth to manifest STEM businesses by learning skills and doing hands-on training and building social emotional skills.
SPIN creates STEM opportunities for communities of color through high quality programming that engages families, uplifts communities, and empowers students. We know that while King County is a STEM-rich economy, STEM jobs, training, and education are sorely lacking in South King County, home to our region’s most diverse communities who are at the highest risk of displacement. This area is SPIN’s home base and primary focus. We are committed to creating and promoting equitable access to opportunity and increasing diversity in the STEM field through community led education and training.
