STEM flights
STEM Flights is a national nonprofit organization that provides free flight experiences for middle and high school students. Our program pairs STEM with the world of aviation and gives students a front row seat to engaging, hands-on learning. Students will have the opportunity to see their community and hometown from the sky while also learning about key STEM components in the cockpit from their Pilot Mentor. We have pilots available in your area ready to take flight and give students the opportunity of a lifetime! As an educator myself, I know the value of expanding the walls of the classroom by allowing students to connect curriculum to real world experiences and how powerful it can be.
