OUR PROGRAMS

SPIN ENRICH (K-5)

Launched in 2016, SPIN Enrich is based in Seattle Public Schools and offers a suite of afterschool and summer STEM programs—free for students in grades K–5 across King County.

HEART (K-5)

Based out of West Seattle Elementary, HEART is a branch off of SPIN Enrich offering programming throughout the school day and after school.

SPIN Forward (6-10th)

The beginning of our SPIN Forward Suite, our core SPIN Forward program is designed for 6th-10th grade girls and gender-expansive youth of color. It focuses on hands-on STEM enrichment and career exploration, catering specifically to middle and early high school students.

SPIN Fellows (11-12th)

At the end of 10th grade, SPIN Forward scholars are invited to apply to SPIN Fellows - an individualized college & career readiness program. The highly individualized nature of this program makes it unique among other college & career preparation programs.

YEP (9-12th)

YEP equips high school students especially women and BIPOC youth with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience to launch businesses, innovate in STEM, and take control of their futures. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and industry exposure, we empower the next generation to build careers that break barriers and create impact.

The Lab at SPIN (all ages)

The LAB @ SPIN is a creative maker-space that empowers young innovators to design, build, and explore through hands-on making. It’s a collaborative environment where curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving come to life through workshops, open labs, and community partnerships.
